+ Cancellation/No Show Policy
I completely understand life happens. Here are a few things you need to know in case you need to reschedule.
Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hour notice will be asked to pay 50% of the cancelled service prior to rebooking their next appointment.
‘No Shows’ or appointments missed without any notice, will be asked to pay 100% of their missed appointment prior to rebooking.

+ Adjustment Policy
My goal is for you to love your hair.If there is a time you're not completely satisfied with your end result please let me know within 7 days after your appointment.

I will do my best to accommodate you in a timely manner to adjust the original service performed at no additional cost to you.
​
Refunds are not offered on services performed.
+ Retail Purchases
All retail product purchases + exchanges go directly through Bash Hair Studio. The salon has a 14 day exchange only policy for products. The value of the retail item returned will be applied to the new product purchase that better suits your needs.

There is not a cash/credit refund or credit towards service option.Exchanges Only.

Payments Options: I accept cash + all major credit cards using Square. Gratuity is always appreciated, but never expected.

Parking: There is a large parking lot available with ample parking in front of Bash Hair Studio.
Should I have clean or dirty hair for appointment?
Please come with hair dried + cleansed within 1-2 days. Product buildup, dry shampoo, + root coverup can affect the outcome of the color.
